Well we got here!  We picked the minibus up at 7.30 and then collected everyone from Pat and Steve's.  We set of just before 9am.  The journey wasn't too bad with just a few delays on the M6; arriving in Cockermouth at about 5.30pm.  We did a quick supermarket sweep - each girl having a shopping list for the essentials before Sainsburys deliver tomorrow.  The boys bought the booze!  The house at Far Moor End in Ennerdale is amazing; it has 8 bedrooms, 2 kitchens a huge dining room and lounge with log burner, so we will be very comfortable here.  We had a meal at the local pub tonight which was really good.  Everyone heading off to bed now so that we can have an early start tomorrow for the first day of the walk.
